The pictures above show sections of the human brain .

On the left you can see a part of a picture we have used on our front page to symbolize the presence of the human mind / brain system in space .
The blue lines are parts of the hyperlink diagram . The more or less horizontal lines on top symbolize the extension of the human mind / brain system beyond the individual human brain into space .

The blue lines "inside" the brain picture symbolize "connections" between various parts of the brain .
It is (practically) certain that specific "modes" of human functioning (e.g. vision, hearing, taste) are centralized in more or less isolated cerebral areas and other memory traces (e.g. texts) to a much lesser extend .
To symbolize this for texts we have made some of the white rectangles at the end of the blue lines clickable . When you click on them you may enter a specific text which may correspond with the line you can read next to the white rectangle (see footnote!).

On the right you can see a picture (by F. N. Netter. M.D.) of approximately the same section of the brain as in the picture on the left .

Only in this picture the red lines symbolize connections between the cortical motor area with the (downward) final common pathway in the spinal cord .

The cortical motor area contains columns and layers of various cell types .

There are cell fibers which conduct signals to the various cortical area’s , fibers which connect cortical area’s which each other and fibers which conduct signals away from the cortical area’s .

It may be concluded that in this area signals from our "inside world" and our "outside world" are processed in dynamic interaction resulting in "commands" to our body for corrective action when our stable state is threatened . The cortical motor area notably sends commands to our muscles that can be activated to execute the commands from our brain .

The (caricature) of the human body spread over the outside of the cortical motor area roughly represents the percentage of body parts that interact in this way : the larger the body part the larger its role -and thus "influence"- in the dynamic interaction process . The large hand with enlarged thumb illustrates that the hand and especially the thumb is heavily represented as is the head and notably the tongue .

It is important to bear in mind that the fibers we described follow a "railway model" (including its junctions etc .) . There are many fibers involved from "first input" (e.g. the sound of a whispered bomb threat) to "final output" (pulling the trigger to kill the "source") . In the nervous system where one rail connects to the next . . . each single cell has to decide yes or no wether to let the signal pass . In fact it is in this (microcosmic) world that our battles are fought . Thus -in this transition area- a single cell could change the fate of our species and for this reason we refer to it as the modified seventh quantum realm (the seventh quantum reality - Nick Herbert's book - essentially specifies that reality is created by consciousness) .

Footnote .
We must emphasize that the cellular structures and pathways symbolized in the picture on the right exist in reality . Their real structure can be seen under microscopes . The blue lines and rectangles of the hyperlink diagram represent the pathways and area’s only symbolically . It is very unlikely that the contents appearing after clicking would be stored in the real brain on the same location in a resembling way .

THE GLOBAL MIND BIRD PICTURE EXPLAINED

Shows picture of the inside of the human BRAIN when approximately "cut in halve" .

The various colors and "figures" show different cellular masses .

This is a picture of (dead) organic MATTER .

Dead organic matter you can TOUCH .

When medical students cut a dead human brain in half (during "brainsection" it looks (more or less) like the picture you see .

(I got a dead human's brain all for myself to experiment with as student neuropsychologist, please see p.s. below ) .

You could get pictures from other human organs in a comparable way .

Organs like the kidney's , the liver , the lungs .

No knowledgeable person would think these (dead) organs still also have separate minds .

Not "minds" according to what is meant by our common parlance definition of mind anyway .

With the brain this is more complex .

Most humans do not have a scientific definition of the brain .

We can not all be mind AND brain scientists .

It is quite understandable that they would confuse these two words .

The diagram of blue lines is part of the hyperlink diagram .

We electronically "projected" this on the picture of the brain .

The picture of the hyperlink diagram is only in your mind when you look at the picture . . .

The problem is . . . that it is also in your brain . . . in the form of . . . a multitude of . . . microcosmic . . . "components" . . .

These components . . . are more or less . . . spread . . . over large parts of the brain . . . probably in variable concentrations . . . per "brain region" . . .

Perhaps an even more complex problem is . . . that the . . .

Little white rectangles . . . in the hyperlink diagram . . .

Must also be in your brain . . .

As little spots of concentrated . . . matter . . .

A multitude off . . . microcosmic . . . "components" . . .

Possibly . . . also . . . spread over the entire brain . . .

Like I have described . . . in the section . . . just above this one . . .

However . . . the little white rectangles . . . may have something in common . . .

After all . . . they contain . . . the information . . . that is contained . . .

In a single file . . . in the globalmind web . . .

It may be that in the brain the "organic" components making up that particular file , in the brain are present in closer proximity to each other than the components of other files .

(Not very long ago scientists thought that such memory traces where stored in the brain like microscopic photographs , projected directly from the retina on the visual cortex ) .

With the blue lines connecting the white rectangles we symbolize the neuronal pathways in the real brain that connect and interconnect areas with functional relations . such areas could also actually be files in the web !

In the real brain these area's would almost certainly also be connected .

When you close your eyes, or think about the picture later, it will of course actually be in your mind and brain like I explained earlier .

When you activate some of the files , the text they contain becomes visible and that text will then also be in your mind and brain as memories . ( You will have to click on the global mind bird picture first to enlarge it . Then you can see the file containing the texts you just read ! ) .

Try to find the white rectangle with the name the global mind and human brains !

On the top of the picture you see blue lines coming out of the brain .

They symbolize the point where the hyperlink diagram comes out of the brain .

Thus the contents of the files (products of the mind) is spread across the planet and into space .

P.s.

Im am honored to have this opportunity to pay my deep respect and gratitude to the human creature that offered its body -including it's brain- to science . . . so I could dissect and learn from it . . . Now that I am older I keep remembering it, thinking that it must also have had loving parents or children that mourned for it . . .

. . . Part of it's mind . . . is now in space . . . in peaceful state . . .

(I speak of IT because I could not see if IT belonged to a female or a male . . . or a child . . .) .
