One very serious problem which perhaps does not always receive sufficient attention has to do with errors of communication between the brains of (e.g) ICT users .
This is a complex problem because in ICT communications one keystroke (even "nothing" , one blanc "digit" ) can make all the difference .
approaching chaotic criticality are more vulnerable in this respect .Since more and more systems and sub- systems are becoming ICT users we are probably talking about problems that unite us . What can we do for each other?
