OUR DEFINITION OF GLOBALIZATION AND THE EUROPEAN CONSTITUTION CRISIS IN GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE .

We have defined Globalization as the potential mutual exposure of all patterns of Global sub- and main cultures resulting in cultural diffusion of these systems at a planetary level .

The most important part of evolution ensuring species survival in time is the reenforcement of behavior patterns that result in continuation of life .

In human systems these behavior patterns are part of the human mind which throughout the Aeons has resulted in the formation of mayor rules anchored in grounds such as religious and political systems as we know them in our times to name but a few .

The rules in these systems have logically been applied by local entities to meet their purposes as is their right .

Under total Globalization the process of differentiation has to be reversed . Our survival strategies must blend into Global systems .Muslim , Buddhist , Christian , Capitalist Communist and Socialist systems must look at the values that unite them and consider how they can blend , at the same time serving the people which they represent .

It seems an impossible challenge but human organisms are used to that . Thus far the species has survived .

Fortunately there are those among us that realize this may take time and they temper the Arabian Stallions that seek to go the way they choose- until the path is clear . . .

A mayor "problem" of human organisms is that they have a conscience which sets limits to our basic and strongest desires when they are incompatible with our common cultural heritage on which a large part of that conscience is based .

One consideration of course must be that in fully benign systems malignancy can grow as an emergent property .

It can be hypothised that at birth human organisms are basically innocent , totally benign . Yet they can bread cancerous cells , leprosy and other conditions as an emergent property or through contamination and the total organism may be destroyed .

Similar mechanisms may thus develop in our quantum leaped organism which is the human race . Just as it grew from malignant cells in the innocent and benign human individual in the first place .

These developments must be avoided if we want our species to survive .

By studying relevant phenomena, such as malignant replication in the past, they could perhaps still be controlled and may thus be prevented .

It is in this way that we feel Globalisation and the European Constitution Crisis cover common ground and we think it is here that Europe may contribute to our Global purpose and help to show the way .
