EUROPEAN CONSTITUTION CRISIS IN GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE : POLITICAL ASPECTS DEVELOPING AFTER OCTOBER 23rd 2005 . PLAIN LANGUAGE VERSION .

Summarising some aspects of globalisation in a historic frame is inevitable for a beginning of insight in the European constitution crisis in global perspective , even if this summary is extremely short and thus incomplete.

We humbly touch some points . . .

Cultural diffusion including values that unit us has resulted in considerable differences between Nations and States. In Europe we have Nations and States with an early history of Totalitarianism (e.g. Nazi Germany, Mussolini Italy), Russia e.g. under some Tsars , Stalin , near totalitarianism (Franco's Spain?) , active Citizen involvement (resulting in Republics , e.g. France , Benelux area , stable Citizen involvement e.g. England (and it's Common Wealth) , North America. Perhaps the Middle East and the remaining Southern Hemisphere should not be discussed here because of considerable difference in other matters e.g. climate, productive soil and water(ways). We believe that England , France and the Benelux area are examples where Citizen involvement had an early start , followed by North America not much later in time .

These nations have climates which favour "Staying Cool" -often ice cold- which seem to be prerequisites for "hard work" and "high level clear thinking" . Additionally they have a relative abundance of other survival promoters (e.g. waterways, productive soil as mentioned earlier) .

It now seems that citizens of early liberalization favoured Nations appear to have developed more "independent" "cool minds" with lots of energy . On the Northern Hemisphere this could for example also apply to the British People , the American People , the French People , the German People (after post WW II American cultural diffusion) .

It is not entirely surprising that in the relevant countries the People now form weird entities with beginning minds of their own that can not always be fully ignored by Governments . It even appears that these People are becoming a reality for their Globalized shepherds. In true Democracies, when Shepherds get confused (e.g. about their priorities) the People wake up and can even become a pain in the neck (etc.) . . .

There now . . .

What we have mentioned and discussed earlier (e.g. see below, dated 29th September 2005) still seems to be valid . If anything, more groups are beginning to form that realize it is their duty to increase their involvement in democracy and protect their Shepherds from being led into the wrong temptations .

More and more citizens (notably among the younger and brighter population) are beginning to realize it may not always be wise to get addicted to often debilitating and indoctrinating media which serve a beautiful purpose in blessing straight forward simple creatures with peace of mind and promoting the interest of the powers that be (as is their right . . . ) .

There are however two very important things which these recent developments have shown beyond any reasonable doubt :

1. The crucial importance of having a free internet with benign operators under control of truly democratic and benign states and other relevant comparable systems and . . . not forgetting who we have to thank for that . . .

2. The vital importance of recuperation sleep for life ( . . . ykes . . . who was talking about the reality of impossible odds . . . ) .
