1. Introduction .
In the following essay an attempt will be made to discus aspects of the European Constitution Crisis under Globalization emphasizing Religious , Political and Scientific aspects .

2. Problem .
To try to assist in developing more insight in the relations between Religious- , Political- and Scientific- "Reality" .

2 . Material and methods .
2.1. Under hyperlinks we will provide texts and results of some of our studies about Globalization - our experiments with human minds and human brains - the global mind and human minds and brains - basic human drives - religious systems - norm systems - and the values that unite us - economical systems - political systems and power patterns in main and sub- cultures in dynamic interaction at a geometrically accelerating rate - chaotic criticality in the modified seventh quantum realm and the main rule of chess : don’t move until you see it -unless you have to- many with related link clusters -often at the bottom of the page- .

2 .2 . We will provide 3 recent texts about of the European Constitution Crisis under Globalization emphasizing Religious , Political and Scientific aspects .

2.2.1. Religious aspects .
We will take the position that religion can be regarded as perhaps the oldest evolutionary mechanism ultimately giving human organisms peace of mind (e.g. thus reducing ~accumulation of~ stressors and its consequences often shortening life span ~Seleye~ ) .
This also means : it allows humans to adapt their (individual) homeostatic impulses (our human drives) to each other (group homeostasis) and to accept the moment when (physical) homeostasis can no longer be maintained .
As homosapiens emerged on different locations or spread across our planet it was confronted with different environmental variables requiring a variety of coping behavior patterns (e.g. female "emancipation" ) represented by religion e.g. with rules ultimately resulting in peace of mind and also by "Politics" both with related group shepherds .
Environmental variables also change through (dynamic) interaction of live organisms of which homo sapiens is only one .
Religion incorporated the relevant changes which throughout the Aeons resulted in differentiation e.g. about the ( different ) ways in which human organisms should interact .
For stability these "ways" (or rules) where anchored in the mind (e.g. in human conscience) which provides humans the final impulse to activate ( or not activate) their muscles .
The speed of globalization has "recently" resulted in exposing human conscience to potentially chaotic states which Religion is now struggling to prevent with a compatible speed possibly before chaotic criticality is reached .

2.2.2. Political aspects .
The main question we must consider is : How can (aspects of ) reality in any way be based on political interests ?
For example : if it would be a political interest to have a multi-cultural society (e.g. to do away culturally defined holidays and days of rest) when would such a dream mean anything at all ? And what would it definitely not mean ?
We are prepared to suggest that , when legislation is accepted in a democratically chosen body of Governance e.g. such as a Municipal Council or even minimally a Municipal District council ~after having followed all the required relevant procedures ~ this legislation becomes a political reality in the area of the related jurisdiction ( see e.g. link: English speeches ) .
It would definitely not mean that the related population could automatically integrate that "reality" into their conscience and resulting way of life . . .

2.2.3. Scientific aspects .
Recently there seems to be an increasing concern in (e.g. European) countries concerning gang rape by often very young rapists (+/- 14 years) with even younger victims .
A recent scientific study covers well over 300 juvenile sex delinquents . It considers a period of approx. 6 years in which , following legal procedures including arrest etc., they where in therapy (mostly on minimally a weekly basis) .
Findings indicate : the relevant gang rapes are usually by groups of approx. 4 boys +/- 14 years old (of which 2/3 are "Alochtonous" ~ e.g. Antilles or Capeverdian ~ ) .
Victims are usually European (often younger then the boys). The rapists seem to have limited inhibitions towards sex . One researcher illustrates this with a patient mentioning to him : "my only friend is my prick" (compare -with a wink- : a well known Municipal Council member of a big European city discussing "Those Cunt Moroccans" with his Maire - ) .
Researcher quotes e.g. one young rapist saying : It is the girls own fault . She went with us . According to the young rapist this meant she wanted to be consummated (he used a different word which I forgot) . Researcher : they did not understand maybe she just wanted to play black-jack . Researcher : They distinguish only between two types of girls : girls you have a relation with and "dirty girls". With "dirty girls" you can do what you like (they do it with everybody ) .
2.2.3.1. Recent developments. - added 2.2.3.1. 13th December 2005 -
Sexual (mis-)behavior is not restricted to boy/girl interaction . Just a few days ago we could read about a juvenile institute specialised in treatment of juvenile sex delinquents where young boys had sex with each other both in rape and non-rape situations . This is a well known institute treating hundreds of boys starting at the age of twelve in groups of ten . The boys are often obsessed by sex due to passed experiences and and they have no control over their urges (director) .
These developments clearly indicate that considerable caution is required regarding "generally accepted norms" in our rapidly changing society .
It should be clear that a break-neck speed -more or less forced- cultural diffusion (including a large variety of religious systems but also including societies where religion was severely frowned upon (regarded as "the people's opium") will not exactly promote a stable and controlled development of our children's relevant drives . . .

3. Discussion .
It must be emphasized that human behavior is also controlled by human conscience and that this is mainly formed and "anchored" into the mind during the early years of human conditioning , to a large extend by (adult) often parental guidance which inturn is based on adult conscience past on from previous generations in a comparable way .
Around the age of 12 , when our drives rapidly begin to acquire adult strength and our bodies adult potential this conscience has normally already become a considerable controlling entity .
Religious "rules" have nearly always been the major conditioning agent of conscience on group level, their contents very often emerging along the lines we wrote under Religious aspects above .
It should be clear that political "reality" can not possibly influence established systems which often have taken many centuries in their formation on a days notice e.g. when new legislation has been published (often in small print . . .) in Municipal papers very few straight forward citizens have time to read let alone understand . This could e.g. easily apply to a political declaration of a multicultural society . Young humans that have a conscience anchored in a moral system emphasizing that females should stay deep inside their -often fenced in houses- with their entire bodies covered in clothes and veils, obeying their husbands, can hardly be expected to react in a constrained way when they are abruptly thrown into a heaven where they are suddenly surrounded by female children often in marginal bikinis with their sexual drives about to explode . . . following them into dark cellars because maybe they want to play Black-Jack with cards . . .

4. Conclusions .
What we have had the audacity to humbly submit to the attention of our political shepherds in the text above could perhaps assist them in making up their minds when, as our chosen representatives , they have the awesome responsibility to do what is best for the majority of their voters when they have to decide about the European constitution and related rulings facilitating the immigration of a multi million mult cultural European and Global workforce glad to accept minimal wages in a world where human labor is (among many other things) already becoming replaced by computerised procedures at an astronomical rate .
