EUROPEAN CONSTITUTION CRISIS IN GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE :

Preliminary evaluation conclusions European Parliament Strasbourg session Thursday February 16^th .

Perhaps the most important outcome of the meeting could be that the 2 opposite groups seem to have reached a combined statement with many points on which they seem to agree .

The next very important point is that the statements are formulated in such a way that practically nothing whatsoever seems to be committing to anybody .

It could be defended that reaching agreements involving definite commitments are of a higher standard . However, this is only the privilege off toddlers, they may communicate in such a way without inevitably causing significant damage .

But in a continent which is still desperately and spasmodically attempting to recover from its first enthusiastic follies in globalization and its disastrous global polarizations and consequences this would perhaps be asking a bit much .

It seems there are those who also realize that we must attempt to do something honorable about the millions of immigrants we have lured into the European continent and consider some of the resulting responsibilities before we throw ourselves into a new orgy of cultural diffusion (casually involving the "social dumping" of some 50 % of the "redundant" European population leaving them wondering what happened to their ancestral legacy . . .) .

The European parliament has in fact demonstrated that they perfectly understand the first rule of chess : don’t move until you see it unless you absolutely have to .

The enthusiastic champions of progress ( lets do away with all those silly rules and regulations ! It`s time we do something Do it our way ! ) seem to have found some way to continue communications with the more mature rationalists that like to incorporate some of the rules that have also taken many many years of negotiations by very knowledgeable people before they became laws . . .

Many believe that social dumping of humans will result in a very considerable reduction of their life-span as a result of a continuous accumulation of stressors in negative dynamic interaction because their minimal stable state can not possibly be maintained much longer . Even drinking water may become to expensive as a result of what is imponderably called "Division" ( "splitsing" in {double} Dutch ) you name it - and all this in an environment where (since introduction of the Euro) in many European countries defacto inflation is uncontrollably on the loose . . .

We have no doubt that our benign shepherds have never associated their activities with genocide but we feel that it is our sacred duty to protect them from an ignorance which could eventually very well result in a hostile historic evaluation and placement of their policies in categories that might presently not be entirely relevant .

Referring to this link however it is important to note that the Protocol we are referring to did not emerge in a few years (but it did within ten !!) . Imagine how simple it would be to use large parts of the same protocol , just replacing a few words . . . e.g. under point II :
