SUMMARIZING WE MAY CONCLUDE :
There have been many positive aspects such as decreased neighbor nuisance (increasing
the possibilities for life and work prerequisites (1) recuperation sleep) and an increased
feeling of safety by many citizens -to name but a few- and some perhaps less positive
aspects .
Related less positive aspects may be the (inevitable) increase of State (Municipal)
related control with (inevitably) ever increasing computerized data storage and closed
circuit online communication combined with citizen polarization resulting from complaint
encouragement (and registration) .
It seems obvious that our policy statement directive
: Prevention of planetary collapse has become relevant and obliging more then
ever .
This leaves us with an awesome responsibility .
In this context the prevention of "defacto genocide" must have our highest
priority - notably : (1) globalmind eloi morlock (2) and prevention of
cancer in babies - and may possibly even have to lead to a formal
GLOBAL MIND ADDRESS TO THE UNITED NATIONS : OUR HUMAN RIGHTS .
We have emphasized when beginning this essay that
"the text may be confusing and contain conflicting results" .
We may now emphasize that it is a principle of order in our bipolar Universe that
everything has a price in the opposite .
One problem with most humans is that achievements are soon taken for granted and problems
are not .
It might help if we occasionally stood still with awe struck soul to consider the marvels
our generation has acquired and which surround many of us day by day . . .
We must conclude this elaboration with reference to
our text that we are not against a European Constitution (What’s in a name . . . ?
That which we call a rose . . .?) but we are more then ever convinced a hasty acceptance
seems inexcusable ,
In DISCUSSION about the texts above we may further elaborate on the issues depending on
imputes we could receive .

Among other elaborations we would first discuss a few that rather concerned us .
Earlier we have written extensively about errors of communication between (the Brains) of

Our imputes (based on e.g. gooney giggles etc.)
indicate that this text may have been interpretated as a means to provide communications -and
how ! depth 90 meters
!-) between seventy virgins and young angels waiting somewhere for our beloved Muslim
Bro’s . This is a much regretted error of communication . The
modified long distance stimulus response unit should only be used for
scientific research by professionals (e.g. Navy Frogman) .

EXPLOSIVE DECOMPRESSION MOUNTAIN BOY ? !
Some of our imputes related to more errors of communication comparable to
the seventy virgins error described just above.
Our text about "Explosive
Decompression Mountain Boys" does in fact describe one of our
experiments with the Long Distance Stimulus Response Unit (ac LDSR-unit) under Explosive
Decompression .
One of our test groups consisted of young mountaineers (which we called the
Mountain Boys) .
They where chosen under the assumption that they might be less vulnerable to
thin air which might show up in their LDSR performance under explosive decompression.
The mountain boy in the picture (± center) is in fact operating the
LDSR-unit .
Unfortunately this is not clear in the picture because his hand is between
his legs (!) and the Mountain Girl in the corner to the right seems to be giggling .
Regretfully we must once more refer to our
comment about Global sex and the long distance stimulus-response unit
given in the text just above .
We may elaborate on the above depending on the imputes we may receive .

In relation to neighbor nuisance we might humbly add that most humans have no idea that the sounds they produce can often be heard a very long distance away . This can e.g. also apply to "toilet rumor" , a single "wind " blowing in a flat , laughter and giggling , and other ( much more intimate) sounds . We have included a photograph of the echoing well for reference . Of course it is only natural that if one has absolutely no idea of the extend of one’s outputs , no blame can be attached .
