This text is based on recent significant developments showing that in combination with increasing wealth and addicting food diabetes mellitus 2 is seriously increasing (e.g. China) .

In combination with the now more or less generally accepted risk of increasing global warming this could lead to a very serious combination of conditions for the present and the next generations .

Since water is a 50% better heat conductor then air we suggest a very high priority to be given to relevant facilities such as swimming pools and showers in the frequently visited central parks in big cities .
