INTRODUCTION.

To fully understand global political / economic /scientific and/or individual aspects of sex it is important to note that these aspects more or less continuously influence each other in dynamic interaction which can be more or less negative or vicious .
Since the seventh industrial revolution this is happening incredibly much faster then (long) before that time .

We may elaborate on each of these aspects separately in the following texts .

GLOBAL POLITICAL ASPECTS SEX .
In fundamental Democracies (e.g. the Anglo-American block and -more or less- related States in Europe) politicians may have to consider elections perhaps with different eyes as in highly (e.g. religion) controlled States .
Depending on the issues at stake when the voters want more then one wife or girls this might be easier to realize or "tolerate" in some States and when they want (more ) men or boys might be easier to realize or "tolerate" in other States . Thus we have gay marriages in some States and death penalties for comparable issues in others .
Again depending on the issues at stake, individual minds may more or less gradually "give in" to this type of change or tolerance -depending on their individual drive strength and type of conscience- ) .
Thus , in some States there where periods when almost anything seemed possible (e.g. The Roaring Twenties , The Sixties) . These periods where nearly always followed by a "Wende" (drastic change of moral / change of norms, a "reversal") .

GLOBAL ECONOMY SEX .
Related to the political aspects the economy in States often develops accordingly . Certain types of tolerance or laws may favor tourism or taxes (e.g. taxing prostitution through legalization, lowering age limits) .

GLOBAL SCIENCE SEX .
Science , like all systems, depends on energy (e.g. income) . In science this often comes from industry or the State .
Though science has to confirm to scientific principles as first directive , scientists also have a right to life.
States and industries want results "with which they can do "something" which may lead to complex divergence of products and demands .Within limits "the secret is in the blending".
It follows that unless scientific statements are based on causal relationships which are validated by "crucial experiments" there is a (variable degree of) margin in the "truth" of the statement .
When the human mind and human conscience (e.g. sex-goals) are concerned the margins for flexibility can be considerable. However , in the Forrest of reality , for children groping in the dark . . . a candle may be better then total darkness : (relevant link : Freud and reality .

INDIVIDUAL GLOBAL SEX .
Many individuals at the beginning of the third millennium are surrounded by miracles they don’t even recognize . One of these phenomena is global air transport which putts our planet in all it’s splendor at their feet and a large variety of cultures within a day’s reach .
They are thus also exposed to the variety of issues we described under global political aspects sex and more when they are on the spot . Some travellers (or immigrants) may experience this as heaven (wondering where the seventy virgins are), others like Sodom in Hell .
One "problem" is that human conscience is largely formed in the early years of life, stored in long term memory, and thus has a certain stability. However , when strong "secret desires" (bookmark in : Freud and reality II) suddenly seem apparently very easy to fulfil temptation may become almost impossible to resist and even become addictive . However, this can still put them in prison (sometimes for very long) if they misinterpret the sudden freedom or times and/or rulings change (as in "Wendes") .
