4.We must now elaborate on what we can do for each other considering Global warming . e.g. What can the Rich do for the Poor ?
Rich countries do for Poor countries ? Rich groups do for Poor groups ? Rich people do for Poor people ?
Some of our imputes suggest that e.g. considering the European Union in relation to the Poor countries / Large Institutes (e.g. that have Climate Rooms) in relation to Small institutes (e.g. that just have offices) / could be a starting point .
