My name is jan peter krol, from the BO .

I may with pleasure . . . summarizing . . . speak to you regarding the points . . . in my document of appeal for this hearing . . . as more extensively laid down in said document , but in different order . . .

Point 1.

In this speech I must try to express myself as much as possible in the language of governance and the imponderables that inevitably go with it . . .

For some time we have had a website explosion with a monthly average of 5.000 visitors but it could also be 50.000 or more . . .

They come from at least thirty countries but this could also be a much and much larger number .

There are very many universities among them . . . Thus our service is entirely on a planetary level . . . it's like a large international paper . . . in seven languages

It is definitely not our intention to have a polarising or stress increasing effect .

Point 2.

Regarding the submitted appeal I may additionally clarify as follows . .

The following factors can certainly be considered to be of influence on the disturbance of the recuperation sleep which is essential for the maintenance of life and which is significantly associated with Delta sleep .

Massive unemployment which can not possibly be excluded , loss of home, slave labour, the forming of reservations and worse and all this

with increasingly draconian justice and its execution .

All this will be complicated by a very complex (but necessary) revaluation of complex values and customs . . . ( like for example . . . smoking . . . just to name but a simple example ).

All this will occur in dynamic interaction increasing the effects.

Incidentally . . .the undersigned is presently involved in a research about the "recuperation sleep" (for example after nightshift) .

This is one reason why it is of the utmost importance that the undersigned has the disposal of the notulated deliberations between our municipal health authority and the heads of the services of the building inspectorate, (building control department) of the city-districts .

After all, no one would benefit if there was doubt about an optimal adaptation of science and political views when the public interest is at stake . . . *

Finally I may bring under your attention that what I have been allowed to say under point one . . . within the framework of our website explosion . . . in our opinion places us under a large responsibility both for the European nations but in fact on a planetary level

In this respect I may emphasize that our most important guidelines are

prevention of planetary collapse . . . and . . .

Both dangers are emphatically described . . .
