We are considering to erect a Unit for the Protection Of Governance (UPOG) .

Many problems life organisms have to cope with such -as conflicting loyalties and /or priorities- , finally lead to choices between impossible odds . To act or not to act , that is the question . . . the choice is binary . .

This is one thing the author learned in his early (concentration camp) childhood .
It resulted in his schoolboy obsession with the modified seventh quantum and subsequent research he was privileged to carry out.

One problem of Governance is that our Shepherds are frequently confronted  with comparable problems and erroneous decisions can lead to very considerable reduction of lifespan for a large percentage (=+/-75%) of millions and millions of people .
E.g. Through increase and accumulation of stressors in dynamic interaction (e.g. senior citizen pensions etc. under defacto 50% reduction in less then 5 years- other serious threats to senior citizen investments (e.g finally tax free diesel cars and other things suddenly getting taxed - -gossip about "friends" getting compensated -you name it . . . . .
The loss of so many lives may easily get a genocidal character and it falls within our Statutory Task to protect our Shepherds from entering the wrong historic folders.
This is one reason why we must bring these developments under their attention and may soon add a relevant concept to our definition file .
