Lately we have been under considerable pressure to publish our earlier announced Bęta-version .

Breakneck speed developments on many of the topics we are handling (in many languages!) and our service to provide you with latest updates has not made things any easier . . .

To serve and oblige our readers as best as we can we decided we had no

choice .

 

This book is the result .

We have concentrated completely on The European Constitution Crisis in Global Perspective because this has lately been our most significant topic .

Additionally we have added at lot of frame color pages to demonstrate their possibilities . To serve you best we have intentionally left a number of blank pages in between . You can make your own notes here for your comments or questions !
