become apparent . . .
it becomes predictable . . .
and can be controlled .


When generalising these laws . . . applying them to the . . .

comparable predictions . . . will allow man . . . to control . . . and thus determine . . .
the fate of nations . . . and indeed of all humanity .


Such control we must achieve in our times .


For it is in our times . . . that the . . .


macro-biostate . . . of the planet earth . . .
