This text was produced "in haste" considering the urgency of the situation and our First, Second and Third Directives (GM.Pol Stat.).
NOW IT BEGINS . . .
The latest (fully predictable) airline crash has plunged world aviation in a major
crisis that should in no way be covered up by double talk or Dobu Chess .
Contemporary airline flying I believe is the most beautiful and impressive example of
human endeavor and bipolarity as a principle of the organization of the material basis of
our universe .
Undoubtedly a product of capitalism
it is now showing the principle of diminishing returns .
Aviation would never have had a chance to grow to its present magnificence without a
dedicated sales force , creating markets all over the planet .
But entrepreneurs and system specialist are a different breed .
The modern aeroplane is probably the most complex system in world wide mass use today .
The single aeroplane can be regarded as a subsystem in world airspace in which controlled
airspace is again a distinguishable subsystem divided in subsystems depending on the
degree and nature of formalized control .
This system again forms part of of the system which becomes dominant as soon as the
aeroplane touches down and leaves the runway . It is then under ground control (which is
still "air traffic control") .
Only after "switching off " radio communication with the tower at the platform
the aircraft is normally "on its own" (in hands of the captain only) for a short
time .
The passengers then leave the aircraft and become part of the (various subsystems) of
the airport ground systems handling air passengers .
Finally they leave the airport in private cars , taxis or busses or "private"
aeroplanes or helicopters . Their day only ends in their (hotel or other) beds where they
must try and prepare for functioning in the new time zone adjusting their biorhythm (often
a major problem) .
All together this is one hell of a complex (sub-) system of the next order system which
is planetary life on Earth .
It is important to realize that in this total system every single component (notably birds
but also butterflies . . . ) can have a crucial role .
This should not frighten us .
It may rightfully make us proud that all this goes so remarkably well, almost without
major catastrophes for comparatively long times .
But we must not push our luck . . .
To believe that we must never ever discriminate and everyone can
operate a modern fully computerized four engine jet aircraft with hundreds of passengers
across the globe through crowded airspace and thunderstorms , just because we are all
equal before God and Allah may be pushing it just a bit to far . . .
Our heavenly fathers would more likely want us to treat our brothers cleaning the
runway and the aircraft with respect because they to are crucial components of the total
system and have to be trained accordingly . . .
MOST URGENT POINTS OF ADVISE MOST HUMBLY AND MOST OBEDIENTLY GIVEN .
1. Cut the crap .
2. Put International air traffic and certified daily servicing under international control
, with board (3 or 5 members max. but must include at least one -most technically
specialized- IFALPA member.
3. Require International flights to be (daily) technically serviced at top international
airports only .

The author ( is ex-airline capt.with a scientific background also including the development of automated instruction procedures on 4 engine pax jets in the most complex situations - including life ATC with stressed controllers talking down pilots under stress at night. He also has personal exp. with various forced landings including pax ac.. in "war time" situations) and years of political experience based on scientific exams (university) and in formal capacity addressing political municipal councils on numerous occasions (the only way to learn to understand politics by the way) (sorry about the "vierkante haakjes " in this doc. Henk , it does not have a hidden meaning . . . just my key board . ( this is absolutely confidential . . . ) .
